A dynamic software tool has been developed which
enables school district administrators to save or
cost-avoid hundreds of thousand to millions of
dollars. It does so by reviewing a school
district for areas that are potential savings,
estimates those savings (cost-avoidance),
develops a one to five year action plan of
activities, and supplies an outline to complete
each activity. The savings areas covered are
